Jack has been the President and CEO of
Hercher and Company, PC since he
founded the company in 1985. He specializes in providing financial consulting, tax minimization and business management services to successful entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. He has two decades of experience in tax and financial management for clients in healthcare, law, retail, entertainment, oil and gas, food service, full service restaurants, and fast food businesses. He has worked with small and large operations, assisting in every facet from hiring and creating systems of controls to consulting with multi-million dollar operations with many revenue centers requiring controls and accountability. He also addresses cost accounting issues, inventory control, and resolves profit management and related site management issues to workable solutions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICPA Tax Division. In 1980, Jack received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. There he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity. His community involvement includes being the past President and Chairman of the Board of Littleton Sertoma. He is currently the Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors of Montel Williams MS Foundation and Chairman of the Board of SC Annual Fund for Douglas County Schools. He has also coached basketball and baseball since 1992.
